This bungalow is perfect for an elderly couple or single person, large kitchen with space for washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer plus table. Extra large bedroom in the front, single bedroom, medium size living but can be changed around. Long patio in the front of the bungalow, with a communal garden at the back where there are plenty of trees. This is a semi-rural area perfect for a slower pace in life, green spaces everywhere and a reservoir within walking distance, shop with post office 6 mins walk, bus stop 10 mins walk and all local amenities are a 10 mins drive. This is a beautiful countryside area with lovely neighbours, lovely people in town as well, I haven't been able to decorate the reminder of the property, however the other rooms are a blank canvass to put your own design. I need to move closer to most of my family as my health is declining, as I am a serious swapper.
